If you do not want to use Paypal to pay for a class, please provide the same information with a check or money order in an envelope and mail it to the address below. However, this method cannot be used for the Figure Artist Airbrush Asylum class or Miniature Figure Model Painting Class by Morland Studios.

Age Restriction: Students must be 12 years old or over. If students are 12 or 13, they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who is 18 or over.
Note that refunds will be given for registration cancellations up until July 21st, 2015; No refunds after this date. Refund requests will only be accepted via e-mail to Jerseyfestfair@aol.com However, this refund policy does not apply for the Painting a Life-Sized Monster Bust Class by Black Heart and Badger or the Miniature Figure Model Painting Class by Morland Studios. Please check with the managers of those classes to determine their refund policy.
